We don’t want to create a multi-class squad with premium athletes and basic athletes. In principle, everyone is treated equally in our training support. Everyone needs the same attention, but always in a different form. The packages differ in a few add-on features, but these have no influence on personal support.
Studies have shown that targeted mental training in sport can improve training success. By targeting the mirror neurons, not only do physically performed exercises improve, but also the imagination. We would also like to train you mentally, it’s not just about visualization, but e.g. also about solving mental blockages (e.g. when swimming in open water) or other topics (motivation & Co.). Therefore, in the “Mental Package” we offer you the opportunity to work on mental issues with our coach once a month. Additional appointments can be optionally booked on request (see below).
We give the change in VAT our customers. You benefit from July 1st to December 31st, 2020, after which the monthly price of the packages will automatically increase by 3%. If you plan to train with us over a longer period of time, we recommend that you book and pay for the corresponding duration in advance. When booking for a full year, we grant an additional 10% discount.

We do not provide holistic nutritional advice, but we will help you to optimally care for your training, including a determination of your basic and performance turnover with analysis. Then an objective is set with weekly analysis and advice.

We’re not selling you a pig in a poke: Before you decide, you should get to know your trainer and get the feeling that “the chemistry is right”. Although the support is provided online, the trainer-athlete relationship is very important, as very private matters are sometimes discussed. Trust is essential here. Therefore, we are happy to first have a 30-minute consultation, where we introduce ourselves and our principle and have a few questions for you. If you then decide in favor of our training with a plan, you will have an anamnesis interview at another appointment. On this basis we create the plan for you. After a few weeks you should also get to know each other better in terms of “athleticism” and then another short feedback discussion follows. By the way, you can arrange a meeting with your coach at any time, there are no restrictions with us.
A lot has happened since we started with three selected athletes after a competition in 2015. Numerous athletes have been coached by us for their first short, medium or long distance or half marathons and marathons. In the last three years we have accompanied 7 rookies on their way to the long-distance finish. In 2019 we brought 10 long-distance finishers to the start and finish in Frankfurt (hot races!) And Roth (2 relay starters were also successful). For 2020 we already have 7 more rookies in our squad. Ascending trend.
